Is it right for me?
Medical tattooing works best on skin that has fully healed. As a general guide, scars should be mature (flat, pale and no longer pink), which often takes a year or more. Vitiligo patches should be stable. Please check with your doctor or surgeon before booking, especially after surgery, cancer treatment, or if you have a skin condition, diabetes or a bleeding disorder. We may do a small patch test first.
How a session works
- A private consultation to look at the area, discuss the result you want and agree a plan.
- Pigment or design matched to your skin tone in natural light.
- One or more sessions, with a touch-up after healing if needed.
- Derma-wrap closed-healing aftercare and clear written instructions.

Frequently asked questions
Can you tattoo over a scar?
Often yes, once the scar has fully healed and is flat and pale. Raised, pink or very fresh scars need more time. We assess every scar in person.
Do you do areola tattoos after breast surgery?
Yes. We tattoo realistic areola and nipple designs after surgery or reconstruction. Please get clearance from your surgeon first.
Can tattooing help vitiligo?
Pigment blending can soften the contrast of stable vitiligo patches in some cases. It is not a cure and is not suitable for active or spreading patches. Talk to your dermatologist first.
Is a medical tattoo consultation private?
Yes. Consultations are private, and you can start the conversation on WhatsApp if you prefer.
How many sessions will I need?
Many medical tattoos need one main session plus a touch-up after healing. Your artist will advise you at the consultation.
